Yes, we will assess the fixed-fee of $3000 for clients who retained Jeff Schick Legal after receiving a 72-Hour Notice, Section 3 Supply Chain Verification, Inventory Verification, or other action from Amazon resulting in their account being in a non-normal status. 

Our retainer does not cover litigation, arbitration, or mediation. These services may be available at an additional hourly fee based on the details of your case. 

Our Account Suspension coverage does not apply to suspensions caused by the following activities:

• Any account that subscribes after the account is under review.
• Any account that subscribes after the account is pending deactivation/suspension/termination. 
• Any account that subscribes after the account is in a not-normal or unhealthy/at-risk status. 
• Any account that subscribes after the account is already suspended/deactivated/terminated. 
• Any account suspension caused by willful misconduct. 
• Account suspensions caused by engaging in the following activities:
  • Sales of stolen goods
  • Sales of counterfeit goods
  • Harming, or attempting to harm another seller. 
  • Dropshipping.
  • Legal removal IP claims (IP claims associated with lawsuits) 
  • Unverifiable Suppliers / Illegitimate Supply Chains.

We are happy to assist with pre-existing Account Health violations. The following fee schedule applies to pre-existing Account Health Violations:

• All Other ASIN Complaints (Arbitrage): $1000
• Any ASIN Complaint Other than IP (Private Label): $2,000.00

You understand that in the event we are not successful in your case, we will not be able to provide a refund of any fees. You agree not to seek a chargeback or reversal of any fees. Should you obtain a chargeback, you agree to pay us a Returned Payment Fee of $2,500 USD in addition to the amount of your initial transaction. We may use a collection agency or attorney to collect money you owe. If we do so, you agree to pay our reasonable costs of collection, including any collection agency fees, reasonable attorneys’ fees, and arbitration or court costs.

This retainer is non-refundable and deemed earned when paid. This retainer is for the ability to book time with the lawyer every month. Your monthly retainer fee also covers the Complimentary Services defined below, should you elect to receive them. You are responsible for paying the Retainer even if you do not utilize any services or attorney time during the period. The Retainer will not be held in trust, and the retainer is not refundable even if no services are used during the period. The retainer will be renewed automatically. You agree that we may keep your payment information on-file and automatically process it for this purpose.
