Even if your Amazon/Walmart account is not in a normal healthy status, we are happy to help. However, a fixed-fee of $2,500 may apply to asssit you with the suspension. 

Yes, we will assess the fixed-fee of $2,500 for clients who retained Jeff Schick Legal after receiving a 72-Hour Notice, Section 3 Supply Chain Verification, Inventory Verification, or other action from Amazon resulting in their account being in a non-normal status. 

Our retainer does not cover litigation, arbitration, or mediation. These services may be available at an additional hourly fee based on the details of your case. 

Our Account Suspension coverage does not apply to suspensions caused by the following activities:

• Any account that subscribes after the account is under review.
• Any account that subscribes after the account is pending deactivation/suspension/termination. 
• Any account that subscribes after the account is in a not-normal or unhealthy/at-risk status. 
• Any account that subscribes after the account is already suspended/deactivated/terminated. 
• Any account suspension caused by willful misconduct. 
• Account suspensions caused by engaging in the following activities:
  • Sales of stolen goods
  • Sales of counterfeit goods
  • Harming, or attempting to harm another seller. 
  • Dropshipping.
  • Legal removal IP claims (IP claims associated with lawsuits) 
  • Unverifiable Suppliers / Illegitimate Supply Chains.

We are happy to assist with pre-existing Account Health violations. The following fee schedule applies to pre-existing Account Health Violations:

• Received Intellectual Property Complaints: $150
• All Other ASIN Complaints (Arbitrage): $500
• Any ASIN Complaint Other than IP (Private Label): $2,000.00 
• Private Label IP Complaint: Call to Discuss

We are a licensed law firm, and as such, do not offer any guarantees or promises as to a particular outcome. When dealing with Amazon or third parties, there is no way to predict an outcome; however, we will give our best efforts given our professional judgement. 

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final once our team has commenced work on a case. 

Services and Membership Fees are non-refundable. When dealing with Amazon and/or third parties, we are not able to offer any guarantees or probability of success. The outcome of any matter is subject to inherent risks and other factors beyond our control. Therefore, we have not made, and cannot make, any guarantees or promises concerning the outcome of this matter. Use of our services constitutes that you acknowledge that we have not provided you with any “probability of success” in providing the Services you have requested. In the law and working with governmental agencies, eCommerce Marketplaces, and/or other third parties, it is impossible to guarantee anything. Similarly, there is No Guarantee of any Outcome: We agree to provide you with conscientious, competent, and diligent legal services. At all time we will endeavor to achieve the purpose for which we have been retained. However, because of the uncertainties of the law, third-party responses, and the reactions of third parties, we cannot and do not warrant, predict, or guarantee results or that the outcome of any transaction will ultimately be  satisfying to you. 

You understand that in the event we are not successful in your case, we will not be able to provide a refund of any fees. You agree not to seek a chargeback or reversal of any fees. Should you obtain a chargeback, you agree to pay us a Returned Payment Fee of $2,500 USD in addition to the amount of your initial transaction. We may use a collection agency or attorney to collect money you owe. If we do so, you agree to pay our reasonable costs of collection, including any collection agency fees, reasonable attorneys’ fees, and arbitration or court costs.

This retainer is non-refundable and deemed earned when paid. This retainer is for the ability to book time with the lawyer every month. Your monthly retainer fee also covers the Complimentary Services defined below, should you elect to receive them. You are responsible for paying the Retainer even if you do not utilize any services or attorney time during the period. The Retainer will not be held in trust, and the retainer is not refundable even if no services are used during the period. The retainer will be renewed automatically. You agree that we may keep your payment information on-file and automatically process it for this purpose.
