Meet Jeff
My eCommerce journey began in 2011 when I started selling pet shampoo through Amazon Fulfillment by Amazon. Over time, I built a seven-figure Amazon business and expanded into additional channels, including Shopify, eBay, and Walmart.
During law school at the University of Pennsylvania, I continued building my Amazon business and learned firsthand how stressful and disruptive enforcement issues can be when they appear without warning. Along the way I dealt with account and product suspensions, intellectual property complaints, and cease and desist letters. That experience shaped how I think about risk, documentation, and what actually gets reviewed inside enforcement systems.
Today, I supervise 3P Shield as a consultant. Your account health work is completed by former Amazon Seller Performance representatives, and our goal is to give sellers a reliable process that reduces confusion and helps them respond with clarity.

No. Marketplace enforcement decisions are discretionary and depend on the facts of your account and the documentation available. Neither 3P Shield nor Jeff Schick Legal can guarantee reinstatement or any specific outcome.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final once our team has commenced work on a case.
Are suspension packages legal services?
No. Suspension packages are provided by 3P Shield, an independent company offering non-legal consulting and account health support. Purchasing a 3P Shield package does not create an attorney-client relationship with Jeff Schick Legal.
If I book a legal consultation, is that different?
Yes. A paid consultation is a legal service provided by Jeff Schick Legal under a separate arrangement. Attorney-client privilege applies to that consultation, consistent with applicable rules and the scope of the engagement.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund terms depend on what you purchase:
3P Shield packages: Refund/charge terms are governed by 3P Shield’s checkout policies at the time of purchase.
Jeff Schick Legal consultations: Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the time is reserved, except as required by applicable policy/law.
How fast will my first draft / response be delivered?
Turnaround depends on the service level selected and when intake is complete. Timelines begin once you provide the required information and documents (and required account permissions, if applicable). If anything is missing, we’ll tell you exactly what’s needed to move forward.
Is the suspension fee held in trust or refunded if I don't use it?
3P Shield consulting fees are not legal retainers and are not held in trust.
Legal consultation fees with Jeff Schick Legal are handled under the firm’s standard billing policies and engagement terms (where applicable).
